Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
• Tenant access is managed by tenant administrators and may be changed or revoked.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malware, disrupt the Services, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Billing (if applicable)

Some features may require payment. If you purchase paid features, you agree to pay applicable fees and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs, and content, are owned by RangeOps or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangeOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Services, users, or third parties.
